hot and ready to serve, or boxed if that's more
convenient, for the client to platter up and heat
as necessary.
The Hillyer's
office and catering staff can make recommendations
for customers that need help with menu selections.
If customers see something in the cafes that they
would like for their function that's not on the
catering menu, Hillyer's can add it in. Hillyer's
are a bakery as well as cafés and they
can make anything to suit the customers needs.
Hillyer's require only 24 hours notice for most
catering jobs, but if they are large, longer is
advisable.
